Collaborated with subject matter experts, universities, and a creative team to design a comprehensive learning ecosystem, delivering in-person, virtual, on-demand, and hybrid learning opportunities to enhance capacity building and professional development for a geographically dispersed workforce.

Adaptive Leadership Series: Initially, the seven microlearning courses were developed in Articulate Storyline and offered individually to Leadership Academy participants to reinforce prior learning. Later, an introductory module was added and the courses were integrated into Articulate Rise enabling participants to share the series with their change implementation teams. View
Communications Series: Developed in Articulate Rise, this course emphasizes the critical role of effective communication in aligning teams towards shared goals. Participants capture key insights and strategies relevant to their work, compiling them into a personal action plan. View

3 Tools to Guide Change: Reviews three tools for supporting and implementing change initiatives. View
Change and the Roles People Play: Provides strategies for working with stakeholders that buy in at different stages of adoption. View
products that promote continuous learning
Video Series: These highly popular microvideos (one minute or less) encouraged professionals to reflect on their work week and consider ways to promote justice, equity, diversity, and inclusiveness. Production included various experts to ensure a diversity of resources and voices. Watch the video above or view the series.
Infographic: This was created to reinforce learning from an e-learning module. Instead of memorizing 24 strategies for effective partnerships, participants could print and display the handout for easy reference. View
encouraging growth mindsets and promoting appreciation
